The beautiful and ultra-luxury Ka La’i Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts newest addition, is seeking a Property Operations Administrative Assistant.

Ka La'i Waikiki Beach spans 38 stories with residential-style suites, designed for comfort and convenience, including fully-equipped kitchens, wellness facilities designed for relaxation, an infinity pool and heated whirlpool. What will I be doing?

As a Property Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Director of Property Operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Manage department inventory, checking quantities, ensuring proper levels of stock are readily available, ordering of necessary parts and supplies.

· Track work order system to ensure that all work orders are addressed and closed in a timely manner.

· Ensure that invoices are coded to the appropriate general ledger account

· Keep minutes of all departmental related meetings.

· Type all correspondence as directed by the Director of Property Operations

· Responsible for generating invoices for hotel provided services to Owners in accordance with RMA’s.

· Establish excellent contractor vendor relationships in order to better support the department departments.

· Interact with department heads to obtain and distribute all information required to accomplish objectives.

· Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in the same or similar role preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, prior facilities maintenance and/or accounting experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and hotel operating systems. Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
