Job Summary Kaneohe Facility at Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for experienced full-time NAs, CNAs, RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to elderly and disabled patients within our Home Care and Assisted Living Facilities in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an individual contributor role with a salary of $42/hour, paid weekly. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of $42/hour, paid weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and generous Vacation/Sick/PTO.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities • Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the NA, CNA, RN or LPN will provide skilled nursing services such as taking vital signs, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing patient and family education on health care issues. • Assisting with activities of daily living, transferring patients to and from bed and chair, and providing emotional support and physical assistance to enhance comfort and safety in the home setting. • As needed, performing basic documentations such as Care Plans, incident reports, and progress notes. • Maintaining and updating essential paperwork and documentation in accordance with facility procedures and regulations.
