Spectrum Manager, Sales Contract Compliance, Spectrum Enterprise in Honolulu, Hawaii

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:

You maintain ongoing compliance and operationalization of sales contract compliance activities through the pre- and post-sales process. You guide a team of dedicated sales support professionals using decisive leadership and in-depth knowledge of RFPs, RFIs, E-rate, Federal bids and task orders. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of contract compliance policies and procedures.

  • Analyze proposals, new and existing contracts and new service orders to ensure compliance, insulation from business risks and the operationalization of business practices and deliverables.

  • Partner with internal teams to understand the implication of contractual requirements and any contract modification or non-standard terms and conditions.

  • Serve asthe primary point of contact for the government CO and Contracting COR.

  • Assist in the identification, analysis and resolution of compliance deadlines, deliverables and issues.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Seven or more years of corporate contract compliance experience; Ten or more years of telecommunications industry experience; Experience leading GSA schedule audits and developing corrective action plans.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, contract management, a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory landscape; Knowledge of GSA and DITCO procurement vehicles; Familiar with government contract types, applications and acquisition procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, analytical, critical thinking and English communication skills.

  • Abilities: Ability to influence stakeholders and build a consensus.

Preferred qualifications:

  • APMP, PMP, ITIL or LSS certification.

  • Federal Acquisition Certification.

The base pay for this position generally is between $107,900.00 and $229,300.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
