The expected pay range for the eCommerce Channel Manager is $73,200 to $105,200 a year plus commission. The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.

This is a remote position based in Hawaii (must reside in Hawaii).

HPM Building Supply is hiring an eCommerce Channel Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth and maximize revenue for the company's e-commerce platform. The eCommerce Channel Manager will oversee all aspects of the e-commerce sales process, including product merchandising, digital marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention. The eCommerce Channel Manager involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

• Valid Driver's license required

• MBA or equivalent preferred

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online consumer behavior

• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
