Description

A preeminent service company is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative, preferably located in Hawaii, who can deliver first-rate assistance to our customers. The successful applicant will be a supportive link between the company and its clients and commitments. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats, while accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system. Your function includes understanding customer needs, addressing complaints, and providing applicable solutions. We are seeking a representative with relevant customer service experience, strong phone handling, and active listening skills. The ideal candidate should have a background in computer applications relevant to customer service scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats in a timely manner.

• Efficiently process and record customer information in our CRM system.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Handle complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and performance.

  Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven customer service or relevant experience.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications and Call Center systems.

• Excellent adaptation skills for our continuously evolving environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
