Customer Service Clerk One (1) Position Available

Job Duties: Provide information about company products and services to corporate clients, as well as other travel agencies and tour companies in Korea, via telephone, fax, and/or email. Address inquiries, assist, and facilitate service initiation by accurately recording requests and forwarding them to the designated person.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED

Experience Requirements: 24-months experience in Customer Service Representative or other customer service-related occupation, such as Mortgage Adviser, Bank Teller, Receptionist, or Hotel Front Desk Clerk.

Other Requirements: Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and typing in Korean.
