Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in supporting Salesforce, particularly in Marketing and Sales processes, and ideally possess hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). This role will be full-time and on-site.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and document business needs and requirements through interviews, workshops, and research

  • Develop and maintain functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of solutions

  • Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that align with business goals and improve overall performance

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions

  • Design and document workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements to support Marketing and Sales functions

  • Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quoting processes

  • Optimize CPQ workflows to streamline sales operations and improve quote accuracy

  • Provide training and support to users on CPQ functionalities and best practices

  • Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and integrations

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address any issues or risks.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into Marketing and Sales performance

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures

  • Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to support Salesforce adoption and usage

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce

  • Proven experience working with Marketing and Sales teams to support and enhance Salesforce solutions

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, implementation, and support

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ functionalities

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading and managing Salesforce projects

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly desirable

  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
