TEKsystems Business Systems Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii

We are currently working with a local company on island who is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the Salesforce project team, working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and usage of Salesforce. This role proactively supports the continuous improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, including identifying user needs, configuring the system, and providing necessary support. This role will be in person and move into a hybrid model in the future. Must be able to work in office on the island of Oahu. If interested, please apply, and a recruiter will contact you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business value by delivering new features, automating complex business processes, ensuring system cleanliness and efficiency, and monitoring new releases.

  • Serve as the SME Salesforce expert within the organization, with an in-depth understanding of the company’s implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

  • Direct technical teams (IT Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network teams) to implement and support solutions.

  • Provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

  • Create Salesforce profiles, allocate roles, and manage access.

  • Gather requirements for new features and enhancements.

  • Perform daily administration, including user maintenance, data imports, and routine tasks.

  • Manage organization-wide defaults, permissions, and role hierarchy.

  • Develop reports and dashboards, ensuring the system runs smoothly.

  • Maintain overall application integrity through proactive data quality management and duplicate cleansing.

  • Implement configuration changes for optimal efficiency and performance.

  • Provide production and on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including performing Salesforce upgrades and successful integration.

  • Three (3) or more years of experience with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, its products, and functionalities.

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred.

  • Knowledge of systems development lifecycle methodologies.

  • Experience in importing data and generating reports and dashboards.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.

  • Patience and the ability to listen and understand customer problems, needs, and issues while challenging requests that are not in the best interests of the platform.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work with people at all levels within the organization, from the CEO to users across the business.

  • Self-learner with the ability to research and problem-solve to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Team player, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
