Job Description
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to support teams with business development and planning initiatives. This position will be a full-time, 9 week internship and remote .
What You'll Do
Support teams with business development and planning initiatives
Assist with writing and deploying communications in support of the business unit
Assist with developing and organizing operational documentation
Conduct research and perform analyses relating to business needs
Assist with proposal development and strategic planning
Attend weekly meetings with cross-functional CAI teams
What You'll Need
Required:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills
High-level problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively multi-task
Currently enrolled in a college degree program in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Technology, Communications, or related major.
Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time
Ability to conduct tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
