Robert Half Administrative Assistant - Client Management in Honolulu, Hawaii

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Honolulu. This role is crucial for managing communications and client relations. The job is based in the legal industry and will involve key responsibilities such as client screening, scheduling, message management, client communication, and coordination. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and complaints both in person and by phone, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Prepare and modify memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents using Word, PowerPoint, or Excel.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for data management with strong attention to detail using Excel.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management.

  • Provide multifaceted assistance with rudimentary and advanced functions of Excel including formulas, charts, and pivot tables.

  • Support the team in managing and completing administrative projects.

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

    Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is essential

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and using financial Excel functions)

• Proven ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills are required

• Previous experience in data entry is desirable

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively

• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is beneficial.
