Administrative Assistant One (1) Position Available, Honolulu, Full-Time 40-hours/week, Monday thru Friday
Job Duties: Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and book flights and travel arrangements Maintain vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services Processing billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain databases; track accounts; and assist in copying and distributing internal documents as requested Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services as requested Processing management requests for POs, Invoices, Budgets Processing employee expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner. Assists with other duties as requested.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office Experience in the construction industry preferred High school diploma is required
Education Requirements: High school or equivalent.
Experience Requirement: A minimum of 6-months of experience as an Administrative Other Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States
