We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager for an Investment company, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Accounting Manager role involves managing accounting functions, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries related to accounting software systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining accounting software systems.

• Overseeing account reconciliation and general ledger management as part of daily tasks.

• Preparing financial statements and ensuring their accuracy.

• Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

• Handling billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

• Taking part in budget processes, aiding in financial planning and forecasting.

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records.

• Processing customer credit applications efficiently.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.

• Handling account inquiries and resolving any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• In-depth understanding and experience with Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Billing Functions

• Experience in Budget Processes

• Knowledge of General Ledger operations

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations

• Ability to Prepare Financial Statements
