AJ Blosenski, Inc. is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor for our facility in Honey Brook PA.
POSITION:
Parts Advisor – Heavy Truck
LOCATION:
1600 Chestnut Tree Road, Honey Brook PA 19344
REQ EXPERIENCE:
(3) to (5) years’ experience with digital inventory management control and point-of-sale systems. Qualified candidates should be experienced with receiving parts into inventory, assigning a bin location, sourcing correct SKUs and billing parts to the repair order. Inventory control, reducing obsolescence and eliminating variance are also required critical skills.
Automotive Parts Advisors and Warehouse Inventory Specialists are urged to apply. If you have good experience with inventory controls we’ll teach you Heavy Truck.
HOURLY RATE:
Based upon experience.
SCHEDULE:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Monday to Friday
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
Strong PC skills with MS365 experience
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

TYPICAL DAY:
Conduct self in an appropriate and safe manner, in accordance District / Company Safety policy.
Administer and maintain parts and supplies inventories utilizing company maintenance tracking software and other various systems.
Perform annual and monthly stock inventories as directed utilizing company maintenance software data entry and reconciliation.
Purchase and track all maintenance parts, goods and services as directed.
Administer and maintain company warranty program and tracking through maintenance tracking software.
Stocks shelves clean and maintain maintenance facility to insure a safe and orderly work area in accordance with all District / Company requirements.
Research parts through parts manuals, OEM, and vendor interaction.
Perform clerical duties as required.
Loading and unloading of parts and supplies from company, vendor, or delivery vehicles.
All other job-related duties as assigned.
Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
