Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires. Candidates with human services, PCA coordination, residential care, direct care, day program, and caretaker experience encouraged to apply! Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently required Bachelor?s degree with 1-2 years of related experience preferred, or associates degree with 2-3 years of experience One year supervisory or human service experience preferred Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
