Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Holyoke, Massachusetts, United States. The potential candidate will be involved in a variety of accounting functions within the financial services industry. The work environment will require a highly organized individual with a keen eye for details.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounting tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

• Handle billing functions efficiently, ensuring all invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner

• Utilize accounting software systems like ADP, Ceridian, and Concur for processing and recording transactions

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and take appropriate action when necessary

• Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and resolve any customer inquiries promptly. Requirements • Proficient in performing various Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Demonstrated skills in Auditing

• Proficiency in conducting Billing Functions

• Experience in Budgeting and financial forecasting
