Job Description

IFF is seeking a dynamic and energized HR Project Manager to join our team! If you have a strong aptitude for HR data analysis, highly proficient in creating compelling executive presentations and possess the ability to manageHR projects and initiatives, then this may be the perfect role for you. As a HR Project Manager, you will spend your time helping drive critical talent initiatives through data-driven insights and supporting various HR priorities within one of IFF´s business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze and interpret HR data from various sources to drive quality decision-making as it relates to IFF’s talent agenda.

• Utilize advanced excel skills to create detailed reports and presentations on key talent metrics, trends and insights. Generate ad-hoc reports and validate data as needed.

• Create engaging and visually appealing presentations for HR meetings and executive briefings.

• Collaborate with HR and business team members to gather content and create high quality slides for internal meetings.

• Coordinate and manage HR initiatives and projects, ensuring key milestones are met and projects are completed according to project plan.

• Laisse with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of educational and workexperience within HR.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Analytics or HR Business Partner

• High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced level MS Excel skills.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in analyzing and presenting HR data in a compelling way to influence decision-making

• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Hybrid work schedule due to on-site project meetings at 1 to 2 days per week at on of our NJ or NY locations.
