Act as the primary point of contact for our Risk Management team, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service when interacting with both internal and external clients. Responsibilities

  • Must be a self- starter, proactive problem solver and responsive.

  • Manage company-wide intake and processing of internal political contribution requests via company intranet and dedicated email box.

  • Attend weekly meeting with committee and discuss each request to gain committee approval.

  • Coordinate and manage payment processing and filing.

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence.

  • Write and edit documents, from letters to reports and compliance documents, as requested by public entity clients.

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, expert level organization and time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.

  • Executive level Administrative Assistant experience with C-Suite preferred.

  • Legal experience preferred.

  • Superior work ethic.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.

  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality while communicating with internal senior management and C-Suite leaders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff internal and external clients.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
