Responsibilities
- Register employees for external training programs in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with management and employees on the development and related training needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on the creation and submittal of ad requests.
- Process and track employee and corporate memberships (new as well as renewals).
- Handle employee Event Requests (includes networking events, organizational meetings, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, ads, etc.).
- Assist with credit card receipts and monthly credit card statements.
- Maintain various departmental tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist and support Events Team with scheduling and leading the weekly (or daily when needed) event and conference update meetings.
- Update upcoming Social Media needs for Marketing based on upcoming events.
- Coordinate pick-up or shipping of conference booth and related materials.
- Assist with monitoring Marketing materials and giveaway supplies on hand.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education requirement to perform the job: Vocational training / associate degree / diploma / certification.
- Relevant Years of experience required to perform the role: 1 to 3 yrs of experience.
- Administrative Assistance experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Adobe.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams helpful.
- Self-starter.
- Able to work with a team and also independently.
- Fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing.
- Able to navigate proficiently on the Internet.
- Relationship Management.
- Business Acumen.
- Communication.
- Program/Project Execution.
- Corporate Travel Experience required.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
