DESCRIPTION OF WORK As part of your role, you will regularly assist with various construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, shelving, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and repairing office furniture and hardware. Additionally, you may occasionally assist the custodial staff with cleaning duties such as trash collection, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, and restocking cleaning supplies when needed.

During the warmer months, you will be responsible for yard maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, and raking. In the winter season, you will assist in snow removal from walkways and steps using either basic snow removal equipment or mechanical snow throwing equipment. You will also help in manually spreading de-icing agents and anti-skid materials on walkways to ensure safety.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
