Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and adjust the meat selector as prescribed by the processing procedures.

• Responsible for running vats of meat on the selector as directed by supervisor or lead person.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write, as well as, perform mathematical calculations; add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

• Must be able to perform responsibilities in a timely manner to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of product through the department.

• Must be able to work cooperatively with other workers in the department to ensure workload is shared and finished product specifications are achieved.

• Must be able to lift up to 60 LBS.

• Position requires operation of a powered Floor Jack and Forklift.

• Responsible for following plant rules and working conditions as it pertains the GMP’s and clean equipment criteria.

• Must be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.
