Job Description

To provide safe and reliable transportation services for guests in accordance with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel driving policies for guest and staff safety.

• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to coordinate transportation needs.

• Assist with other guest service duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have avalid driver’s licensewith a clean driving record.

• Previousguest service experiencepreferred.

• Ability to workweekends, holidays, and varied shiftsas required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry luggage up to50 lbs.

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.

Tools & Equipment:

• Hotel vehicle, GPS, radio, and telephone.

Working Environment:

• Primarily outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
