The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, participating in day-in-the-life (dress rehearsal) simulations, and conducting assessments of role mapping and user access in SAP. The ideal candidate has one, two, or more years of experience with SAP S4HANA and eW. SAP S4HANA and eWM Deployment Business Systems Analyst Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $70-$80/hr • Worksite: Leading biotechnology company (Hillsboro, OR 97124 - Onsite) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 8 Month Assignment SAP S4HANA and eWM Deployment Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: • Participate in relevant solution tests (User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Deployment End to End Testing (DET) for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute day in a life simulation (Dress Rehearsal). • Act as a local change agent for a project to deploy SAP S4HANA and eWM to the local site. • Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required. • Support role mapping and analysis of user access needs in SAP and partner systems. • Use the results of the dress rehearsal simulation to finalize training documentation. • Aattend train the trainer (TTT), coordinate and deliver local end-user training with business and IT SMEs, and localize training materials. • Actively support local deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, and plan and track local close-down and ramp-up. • Review global training materials to ensure they are comprehensive and effective. Your expertise will be vital in creating site-level work instructions that will support seamless operations at our various locations. • Provide end-user training and act as a change agent for the HTO site, fostering a smooth transition and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-equipped to embrace the changes brought about by the deployment of SAP S4HANA and eWM. SAP S4HANA and eWM Deployment Business Systems Analyst Qualifications: • 10+ years of SAP experience. • 1-2+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA and eW. • A B.A. or B.S. degree (preferably in Life Science). • Experience in performing formal user acceptance testing (UAT). • Master data experience is a plus. • Technical writing skills (SOP, work instructions, etc.). • Experience delivering end-user training. • Good customer service skills that emphasize the ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and skill levels. • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally, both verbally and in written form. • Flexible in problem-solving, providing direction, and work hours to meet business objectives. • Detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of SAP systems and a passion for quality assurance.
