TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Hillsboro, Oregon

Currently seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join the team at an apparel company!

Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to all inbound/outbound calls

  • Assist customers with new and existing accounts, account billing, and payment information

  • Resolve customer inquiries in an effective and efficient manner

  • Be an active listener that can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft products)

  • Ability to handle tough conversations

Schedule may fall anywhere between the hours of 5am-8pm, all days of the week. Will be a set 40 hours schedule.
