Content Operations Specialist Are you interested in having the opportunity to make a big impact? The Content Operations Specialist will support the implementation, management, and optimization of Qorvo\'s content operations platforms, including our Component Content Management System (CCMS). This role will initially focus on DITA XML content migration, platform rollout and testing, and then transition into long-term user training and support, and optimization of workflows and processes. Working closely with the Technical Documentation Architect, internal teams, and external partners, the Content Operations Specialist will ensure efficient platform performance and alignment with Qorvo\'s content strategy. Responsibilities Platform Implementation Support Assist with CCMS configuration, testing, and rollout, including validating workflows, and addressing issues with vendors. Provide ongoing platform administration, including performance monitoring, user permissions, and resolving technical issues. DITA Content Development Support DITA XML content migration and authoring, as well as troubleshoot using XML tools (e.g., Oxygen XML Editor). Refine and maintain templates, stylesheets, and content reuse strategies to ensure efficiency and consistency. User Training & Enablement Train and onboard internal users, troubleshoot issues, and create clear and effective support materials (e.g., guides, videos). Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback, process improvements, and workflow support. Process Optimization & Governance Conduct regular audits to ensure content quality, governance, and alignment with standards. Identify and implement workflow improvements and platform optimizations to meet business needs. Technical Skills/Requirements: Required: Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, technical communications, or a related field 8+ years expertise in DITA XML and structured content authoring Proficiency with XML editors and CCMS platforms Strong training and support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot workflows and publishing processes. Excellent organizational and communications skills for managing tasks and projects Preferred: Experience contributing toward successful content migration initiatives, moving from unstructured content to structured DITA XML content and platforms. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, metadata governance, and taxonomy management. Experience with platform integrations, content reuse strategies, and related frameworks (e.g., XSLT, CSS, HTML). Background in technical documentation and/or the semiconductor industry.
