Description

Our team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support one of our clients based in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role involves managing customer credit applications and records, and requires proficiency in data entry and collections. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications using accounting software

• Maintain precise records of customer credit and resolve customer credit inquiries

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take action to collect delinquent payments

• Manage and clean up aging accounts beyond 120 days

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office Suites to manage and analyze data

• Perform billing functions and manage accounts receivable (AR)

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Experience in Collections

• Ability to manage Aging Accounts

• Proficiency or familiarity with Sage100 or NextGen software is a plus!

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
