Job Summary

We are looking for a Water Quality Regional Manager to join our team! In this role, you will promote and drive growth of ADS treatment products and solutions throughout the Midwest Region. If you are passionate about civil engineering and stormwater management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and drive growth of ADS treatment products and solutions.
  • Increase sales, specifications, and acceptance of ADS products.
  • Provide training, education, and technical support.
  • Interact and support ADS Engineered Product Managers, Sales Representatives, Zone Engineers, regulatory officials, consulting engineers, land developers, and contractors.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or stormwater management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Structural Engineering
  • PE license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales or product management.
  • High technical aptitude and ability to read plans.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort speaking to crowds.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
