ManpowerGroup Product Security Engineer in Hilliard, Ohio

Our client, a leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Security Engineer to join their team. As a Security Engineer, you will be part of the Product Security Team supporting both consumer and business products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Security Engineer

Location: Remote

What's the Job?

  • Conduct security assessments on both Consumer and Business products and solutions.

  • Implement Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices and utilize automation where possible.

  • Provide security guidance to Engineering and Product teams, including performing security design/code reviews.

  • Build threat models and participate in risk assessments for new features and services.

  • Train and mentor new hires and Junior Product Security Architects.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Experience with security requirements analysis and implementing security best practices.

  • Familiarity with at least three technical disciplines, including Cloud Security, Application Security, and Secure Development methodologies.

  • Understanding of mobile application security and hands-on experience with application penetration testing.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
