Job Title: Powder Coater

Job Description

You will be responsible for spraying all parts that come through both manual and automatic booths. This includes switching between paint colors, changing booth settings between parts, and monitoring chemical balance.

Responsibilities

  • Spray parts in both manual and automatic booths

  • Switch paint colors and change booth settings between parts

  • Monitor chemical balance

  • Assist with material preparation

  • Operate a forklift to move heavier parts

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of powder coating experience

  • Experience with powder coating, powder coat, and spray guns

  • Experience using a GEMA powder coat line

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

  • Basic mathematics skills, including understanding decimals, fractions, and ratios

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Strong understanding of decimals, fractions, and ratios

Work Environment

You will be working in a well-lit manufacturing environment with an organized work area. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toe boots.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
