Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Test Engineer to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be supporting a Pre-Milestone A program by providing the expertise within Test Engineering to recognize well-designed test plans and create the foundation of initial test planning. Currently, this program is preparing various acquisition documents including the Test Evaluations Master Plan that this individual will need to align with standard practices of AFOTEC and identify test plan milestones. This individual will focus on reviewing and establishing test designs and if these designs will provide the necessary data for leadership to make accurate analysis and confidence levels of the product. As the acquisition documents become solidified for the programs foundation, this individual will be seen as a subject matter expert of Test Engineer to provide oversight of tests being performed, validating the data received from tests, and reviewing analysis created by this data for the customer to make business decisions.

Skills and Requirements

Must-haves:

7-12+ years of experience within the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)

• Experience in Test Engineering (OT&E or DT&E)

• Experience designing test plans and milestones for the Test Evaluations Master Plan (TEMP)

• Experience evaluating test data and analyzing results to provide confidence levels

• Familiarity of Acquisition Documents and/or DAU standard documenting

-Experience with integrated requirements into existing acquisition lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables with system engineering principles

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

-Active Secret Clearance + TS and SAP eligible

-Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT) Plusses:

• Any ICBM or RS/RV experience

• Any experience with AFOTEC or related organization of the DoD

• Active TS or TSSCI Clearance

• Previous SAP Clearance null
