Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. You will work with various metals, including steel and aluminum, and use welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Attention to detail, safety, and quality are paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using various welding techniques.
• Inspect and test welded structures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Structural Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Welding certification is a plus.
