Insight Global OSP Junior Engineer in High Point, North Carolina

Job Description

Fiber cable field design, cost estimating, splicing sequences, and planning and design loss calculations.

CAD and manual mapping/drafting, ICMS records updates and research, permits.

Estimating, cost studies, customer contacts, negotiating land acquisitions for easements and land purchases for field mounted switching units.

Working with NCDOT or utility coordinator on various relocation projects.

Working with business and residential developers and GC's to provide our services as needed/requested.

Daily service order support as needed.

Skills and Requirements

OSP construction / splicing experience 4 years MINIMUM

Direct engineering experience / direct fiber to the home (FTTH or FTTP) experience Project Management

Solid engineering knowledge null
