Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in Hicksville, New York. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be expected to manage various accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, and customer credit applications.

Responsibilities • Handle the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Resolve customer inquiries regarding credit applications and other accounting issues • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Utilize accounting software systems effectively to carry out tasks • Administer the 401k - RRSP Administration for employees • Carry out other accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Requirements • Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is a necessity • Familiarity with About Time software is beneficial • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions • Mastery of Payroll procedures and systems is mandatory
