LOCATION: Field Position Covering Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties

HOURS: Full Time, Day Shift

In this role you will:

  • Work independently to provide face to face services to accounts in assigned locations in the areas of customer service, hardware/software computer based needs and training
  • Maintain a schedule that will allow for service to client accounts in an efficient manner
  • Support Sales staff with client account start ups
  • Sets up shortlists and special profiles of tests most frequently used by the client
  • Conduct sight surveys to familiarize themselves with the overall operations of the office
  • Follow-up continuously with clients regarding their accounts

All you need is:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication, trouble shooting and follow up skills
  • Clean and valid NYS driver's license

Salary minimum to max is $28 to $35/hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
