Always There Staffing, Inc TEMP CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE in Hibbing, Minnesota
This position will be for a maternity leave; part-time training in mid-October and start full time in mid to late November. The need will likely be for 12 weeks and potential to cover absences or vacations in the future if there was interest from the person. Equipment: Computer, cash register, and general office equipment (telephone, copier, fax) Technology: Caselle accounting software, Microsoft Excel Utilizes Caselle accounting software and Microsoft Excel; To receive and account for monies in the collection of all accounts. Accounts Receivable: Balances cash register at opening and closing of each day Receives and applies payments by cash, check, credit card Imports online check and credit card payments from processing company website into accounting software Completes daily cash report and makes daily bank deposits Researches and solves payment discrepancies Makes payment and billing adjustments to customer accounts as needed Makes credit checks on new accounts Makes payment arrangements with customers Manages disconnection notice process for delinquent accounts Applies late fees on accounts Maintains petty cash fund Assists customers with questions on billing and company policies Merchandise Billing: Process billings for services and sends monthly statements Office Coverage/Staffing: 1. Collection of accounts receivable and orders discontinuance of service. 2. Works with outside collection agencies. 3. Works with outside funding agencies regarding delinquent accounts. 4. Customer deposits, and refunds. 5. Makes rebates 6. Balance the system monthly, and process billable jobs for managers. 7. Maintain a Class D Driver s License.
