This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to all guests at the golf courses of the Hershey Golf Club.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Monitoring tee times*

• Monitoring pace of play using a gas-powered golf cart

• Assisting staff in maintaining cleanliness of building grounds.*

• Loading and unloading of member and guest golf bags.*

• Inspection of carts and courses for defects*

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts

• Exceptional guest service skills.

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

• Ability to work independently and display initiative 

• Professional image representative of property image.

• Working Conditions:

Job Demands:

• Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing and lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.

• Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

• Shifts rotate according to needs. Morning, afternoon, and evening included.
