The Hershey Company Sr Analyst HR Integration in Hershey, Pennsylvania

Location: Hershey, PA This role can sit remotely. * Overview:* Focus on Integrations and Interfaces supporting all areas within our HCM landscape consisting of SAP ECC, SAP Employee Central and ServiceNow HR Service Center. The job responsibilities for the Senior HR Integrations Analyst involve managing and coordinating integrations within and between these various human resources systems, external providers and processes to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and efficiency. This role requires a combination of solid technical expertise and an understanding of HR processes. Resource should be able to work directly with business users and provide support. * Responsibilities:* * * System Integration:* Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify integration needs between different HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems. Configure and maintain integration points between systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy. * * Data Management:* Monitor and manage data flows between HR systems to ensure data integrity and timely updates. Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies across systems. Perform data audits to identify and rectify data quality issues. * * Workflow Optimization:* Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Design and implement workflows that streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. * * Testing and Troubleshooting:* Conduct testing of integration points to ensure proper functioning before and after system updates or changes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, working closely with IT teams. * * Documentation:* Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and workflows. Provide training and support to HR staff regarding the proper use of integrated systems. * * Vendor Management:* Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration of third-party HR applications. Participate in vendor selection processes for HR software and tools related to integrations. * * Compliance and Security:* Ensure that integrated systems adhere to data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA. Comply with and enforce access controls and permissions to safeguard sensitive HR data. * * Continuous Improvement:* Monitor the effectiveness of integration solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR integrations. * * Project Management:* Lead or assist in HR integration projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders. * * User Support:* Provide support to HR teams and end-users in using integrated systems. Address user inquiries and issues related to integrations. * Drive support for critical incidents for HR Integrations * * Change Management:* Facilitate change management efforts related to new integrations or process changes, ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders. * Skills:* * Technical skills/acumen in one or more of: ABAP HR Highly Preferred (Largely file based), SuccessFactors Employee Central (File based or API Gateways), ServiceNow HR Service Center (File based or API Gateways) * Experience in any of the following: Middleware platforms (ESB, EAI etc), Web Services (SOAP, REST), File based integrations (SFTP) * Experience & Education:* * BS Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering * 3 - 5 years of work experience in HR systems and processes #LI-SM1 The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
