Job Location: Hershey, PA Note: This position can be remote. / Summary:/ The Hershey Company is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Assessments, where you will have the opportunity to bring your experience and background in assessing and developing employees, executives and leadership teams to The Hershey Company. You will be responsible for building an integrated approach to assessments throughout multiple employee groups, including hourly manufacturing employees, high potentials, and executives to ensure we are hiring, promoting, and developing outstanding talent for the organization. This may also include individual executive assessment debriefs. The successful applicant will need strong technical skills, business acumen, communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and planning/project management. / Responsibilities:/ - Evaluate and create consistent pre-hire assessment process across US manufacturing facilities and other groups as necessary. - Participate in selection of external assessments for early career high potential employees. - Partner on creation and execution of assessment and development programs for high potential employees. - Manage the external executive assessment process for senior leadership positions. - Provide individual assessment debriefs for senior leader hiring managers; recommend onboarding/transition activities. - Consult on senior leadership team effectiveness, recommend approach to accelerate performance, design and lead team effectiveness sessions. / Qualifications:/ Significant experience in designing, evaluating, and administering assessments for development and selection 5 - 7 years of increased responsibility within leadership and executive development Recognized ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives Proven track record of successfully executing multiple projects and programs on aggressive timelines Experience in managing vendor/consultant relationships Experienced people leader and developer of talent Strong platform training and facilitation skills Strong business and HR acumen, excellent communication skills, influencing skills, and strategic thinking skills Experience in budget forecasting and management / Preferred Qualifications/ Qualified/certified in a variety of psychometric instruments. / *Education: */ Master’s degree in related area of study required (i.e., I/O Psychology, HR) and solid base of professional certifications and qualifications with psychometric instruments.
