System One has a long term, contract opportunity for a great organization in Hershey, PA for the position of Procurement Analyst.

Position Summary:

• Assist with the processing of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier onboarding.

• Maintenance to Procurement specific programs (RFP’s, SRM, P-Card reconciliation, etc.), completes cost-benefit analyses, and assists with contract management.

• This is a 100% onsite role with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

  Additional Details and Requirements:

• Assignment duration: 6 to 12 months, with potential for extension.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in overall procurement processes and data analysis.

• Microsoft Suite experience, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in electronic procurement software.
