We are offering a contract for a receptionist role based in Herndon, Virginia. This role is integral to our operations, where the Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all our clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth flow of communication both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system

• Ensure effective customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving their issues

• Carry out data entry tasks with precision and speed

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Organize files systematically for easy retrieval

• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

• Perform scanning tasks to digitize important documents

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills while interacting with clients and team members
