Kuehne+Nagel QuickSTAT - 2nd Shift Customer Care Specialist in Herndon, Virginia

Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Herndon site is looking for a new Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

Develop and maintain relationships with clients Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirements

  • Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.

  • Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity

  • Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management team

  • Report to National Air Logistics Healthcare Manager

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm -11pm

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years in a call center environment or logistics

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
