We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Dominion Energy is looking for a Programs & Compliance Coordinator (PCC) or Senior level PCC in our Northern Virginia Offices.
This position is responsible for coordinating compliance and safety activities across multiple Power Delivery Group (PDG) Local Offices. It provides essential support to the PDG Local Office Management and Leadership teams in implementing and maintaining compliance and safety programs. The role involves facilitating training requirements for various development programs, including DOT, First Aid, BWZTC, and Safety.
Additionally, it leads the implementation and coordination of regulatory compliance programs to meet standards set by EPA, FMCSR, OSHA, and Gold Yard Standard for the assigned PDG Local Offices. Support is provided to the PDG Environmental Compliance team to ensure adherence to State, Federal, and Local OSHA and Environmental regulations.
The position ensures that all PDG employees at the assigned Local Offices remain compliant with their training requirements at all times, encompassing Instructor Led Training, LMS, and Trainee programs. It also manages the Fire-Retardant Clothing Program and maintains Rubber Goods distribution records for the assigned PDG Local Offices. In addition, the role assists in the new hire process and serves as the oil spill coordinator for the assigned PDG Local Offices.
During major PDG emergency restorations, logistical support may require out-of-town and off-grid travel. Responsibilities during outages include roles like Restoration Manager or Resource Manager in the Local Office or Regional Storm Center. The role demands 24/7 on-call availability on a rotating basis for compliance emergencies. Facilitate compliance training sessions and provide support to new employees during their initial week of Ground Worker onboarding at the PDST Center. Additionally, mentor Associate and other Programs and Compliance Coordinators as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Intermediate/PCC:
3+ years related experience;
Advanced knowledge of the DOT, OSHA and Environmental regulations and compliance matters;
Proficient knowledge of safety requirements, construction methods/standards, tools and equipment, drug testing policy;
Knowledge of Labor contract and Power Delivery training programs;
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and lead compliance activities on local level;
Teaching/training/coaching skills; strong verbal and written communication; computer; project coordination; planning and organizing;
Ability to be flexible; proactive; handle constantly changing and emerging priorities;
Ability to manage staff;
Ability to represent Company in public and regulatory forums;
Strong team building skills and facilitation skills.
Senior PCC:
5 + years of related experience (6+ months counts as one year).
Management/Supervisory experience preferred.
A master’s degree can count as one year of experience.
Advanced knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and Environmental regulations.
Full knowledge of safety requirements, construction methods/standards, tools and equipment, drug testing policy.
Knowledge of Labor contract and Power Delivery training programs.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and lead compliance activities on local level.
Teaching/training/coaching skills; strong verbal and written communication; computer; project coordination; planning and organizing.
Ability to be flexible; proactive; handle constantly changing and emerging priorities.
Ability to manage staff. Ability to represent Company in public and regulatory forums.
Strong team building skills and facilitation skills.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, Business
