ManTech Data and AI Consulting Program Manager in Herndon, Virginia

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and client-oriented Program Manager to join our Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting practice in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading all aspects of contract delivery for assigned project/program, including client & internal relationships.

  • Leading a diverse team of Data & AI resources to deliver FOAK projects based on ManTech project methodology.

  • Maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables

  • Managing project scope against the contractual baseline

  • Coordinating project/program management meetings, and preparation of briefings and presentations (client and corporate audiences)

  • Gathering data and updating project/program financial status reports, forecasts, and PM models

  • Explaining technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Identifies opportunities for organic contract growth.

  • Gathering pre and post-implementation facts to contribute to the documentation of the ROI and other Business Case components for the Past Performance write-up; Documents Past Performance write-ups

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum o f seven (7) years of relevant leadership and Project Management experience

  • Experience supporting IC, FedCiv or DoD clients,

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering relevant experience acceptable in lieu of preferred degree)

  • Experience managing Data & AI projects with a diverse team of resources.

  • Experience tailoring the project/program management plan and contractual deliverables / project artifacts to adapt to the practice methodology.

  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Experience preparing and presenting project status to clients and corporate leadership.

  • Strong analytical and quality assessment skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a management consultant for a major Federal consulting firm,

  • Experience working in an Agile team,

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.

  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Workspace and collaboration tools

  • TS/SCI security clearance

Security Clearance:

  • US citizenship

  • Must have a current/active TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph

The projected compensation range for this position is $128,100-$181,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
