Our facility in Herndon, VA seeks Cyber Program Manager to join our mission. To be successful in this role you will need to have working knowledge of cyber technology and project management, schedule and cost management, and team leadership skills. This is a position that will tap your demonstrated

full spectrum leadership qualities, established resource management skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and your successful experience working effectively in a dynamic environment and team setting.

Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….

• Manage up to multiple high-complexity software development task orders efforts lasting one year or more.

• Direct all phases of the Task Order project from inception through completion

• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs

• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discussing cost, schedule, and technical performance

• Maintain & track the program's Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)

• Ensure that program personnel consistently deliver the highest quality work products

Basic Qualifications:

• Understanding of Systems Engineering and

software development life cycle, with associated

control gates and deliverables.

• Microsoft Productivity Suite (Excel, Word,

PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project).

• Active TS/SCI with a willingness to obtain poly

Desired Skills:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly

• Understanding of the latest commercial

technologies to include operating systems,

Internet of Things (IoT), mobile development,

and embedded systems

• Understanding of Cyber capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective

working relationships with the team and customers.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
