Amazon ADC Cleared Escort Program Coordinator, ADC Cleared Escort Program, DCC Communities in Herndon, Virginia

Description

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

The Cleared Escort Program is the ADC Global resource provider to Infrastructure, Operations and Services teams for our ADC regions. The Program Coordinators' portfolio is customer centric, supporting new and existing regions.

The ADC Cleared Escort Program is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced and professional Program Manager. You will support an internal service, providing construction and operations security escorts to ensure our work meets stringent U.S. government regulations for access and security. You will manage cleared security resources across a geographically dispersed and global program. You will work with multiple partners across a matrixed organization to understand their use of uncleared labor. You will help define the right cleared escorting support to meet their needs. You will work with escort vendors to procure and then manage a central pool of escorting resources, aligned to that demand, making sure each team has the resources they need, when they need them. You will oversee the training and performance of the security escorts.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen.
