*NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE LEAD / SUPERVISOR *

Full-time position (40 hours per week) for human services agency in Hermitage, PA.

Primarily Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. Rotates on-call duties as scheduled with occasional response to home emergency repairs after hours, weekends, and holidays. Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience.

Duties include overseeing the maintenance department and performing routine maintenance of buildings, grounds, appliances, and equipment.

Applicants must have at least four (4) years of experience in building and plant maintenance work which has involved at least two (2) of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades.

Applicants must be:

· dependable

· a self-starter

· proficient with electronic devices

· proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

· be able to lift without restrictions

Position requires HS diploma/GED, successful clearances, negative drug screen, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, good driving record, and successful reference checks.
