Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Program Manager to join one of our clients, on their data management/quality team. This position will sit in either Richmond VA for 3 days per week on-site.

The main objective of this role is to support and manage various deployment projects across the organization in conjunction with a large Resiliency Initiative across multiple platforms.

Main duties include:

• Project manage an effort focused on streamlining enterprise level release, environment, and software deployment management

• Manage project deliverables including work breakdown structure, 30/60/90 day plan, strategic project presentations

• Prepare for and conduct regular work team meetings and hold team members responsible for on time delivery

• Prepare for and conduction regular leadership steering meetings

• Provide thought leadership specific to process improvement and technical solutions

• Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc.

Hourly pay range is $65-70 depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

1.) 7-10 years of program management

2.) 7+ years of experience with data management/governance

3.) Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction for upcoming initiatives and projects null
