Your Impact as a Medical Social Worker – BSW

  • Provide Compassionate Care – Assess patients’ psychosocial, financial, and environmental needs.

  • Ensure Quality & Continuity of Care – Collaborate with the care team to implement and revise individualized care plans.

  • Promote Patient Safety – Utilize community resources to enhance patient safety and well-being.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: Baccalaureate degree in Social Work (BSW)

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a healthcare setting.

  • Licensure: Must meet state-specific licensure requirements.

  • Skills: Strong social work, communication, and time management skills.

  • Travel: 50% travel required with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
