We are actively recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to perform a variety of duties such as posting invoices, reconciliations, AR billing, and daily deposits including minimal journal entries. You would be working for a renowned company in the Commercial Real Estate space in the Las Vegas Valley. Bring your stellar experience to this accounting role and make an impact immediately!

salary: $26.44 - $31.25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Compile monthly financial packages for owner submission, ensuring accuracy of general ledger and subsidiary accounts for precise financial statements.

• Produce and deliver monthly cash flow reports.

• Complete quarterly and annual CAM reconciliations.

• Develop annual property budgets, forecasts, and analyses.

• Support property managers and junior accounting staff to boost performance and development.

• Serve as a link between the company, external accountants, and clients to meet information requirements and maintain historical records accurately.

• Review leases and lease abstracts to verify correctness.

Skills

• Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
