Responsibilities

Director Operations for Medical Group

St. Rose Dominican Hospitals - Rose de Lima, San Martin, and Siena in Nevada

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of assigned Physician Enterprise facilities.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to standardization of operations identification of efficiencies financial oversight including the annual budget and Long Range Financial Planning implementation of performance improvement plans development of action plans to increase patient physician and employee satisfaction in areas of responsibility administration of operating plans and goals.

  • The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the monthly routine reporting (MOR)s for the Physician Integration Networks as well as performing ad hoc analysis of DHMGNV.

  • This position will provide direct counsel of organization wide scope to DHMGNV President-Physician Enterprise and indirect counsel to the DHMGNV CMO regarding matters associated within areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Four (4) years of managerial experience; at least one of which is in a healthcare environment.

  • Five (5) years of managerial experience in healthcare setting preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field or a comparable combination of education and experience.

  • establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all personnel contacted in the course of duties; efficient effective and safe use of equipment.

$56.83 - $82.40 /hour
