Job Title: Main Office Assistant/Customer Recover Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our overall success.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Manage voicemails and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Handle customer recovery by contacting customers, sending follow-up letters, and logging complaints.

  • Assist with onboarding processes and applicant management for multiple McDonald’s restaurants.

  • Complete and verify I9 forms and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Maintain office tidiness, manage inventory, and handle general office duties.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, including printing reports, compiling lists, and distributing rewards.

  • Assist with employee store redemption tasks, including processing uniform requests and updating spreadsheets.

  • Organize and file HR documents by category and store.

  • Support orientation processes, including preparing packets and managing logistics.

  • Conduct follow-ups with newly trained employees and compile feedback.

  • Update various training and compliance spreadsheets.

Monthly Tasks:

  • Manage end-of-month tasks, including processing returned uniforms and verifying documents.

  • Coordinate Employee Appreciation Day activities, including creating announcements and recognition certificates.

  • Maintain and update supply lists for stores and the office.

  • Ensure stock levels of uniforms and other essential items are maintained.

  • Handle laundry tasks, including checking and processing returned uniforms.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
